As the holiday season quickly approaches, we wanted to put together a list of Cleveland Christmas Pop-up bars! This is for our 21 and older friends only, so leave the kids at home for a date night and be sure to check these out!
Note: This isn’t a full list, but only the ones Kerney-cation is interested in! Updates coming soon!
Merry Mulligan’s Pop-up Bar – Huron, Ohio
- You know we love Cedar Point, so we had to start with this one.
- This pop up bar coincides with the “Season of Joy” event at Sawmill Creek.
- This special event runs Friday – Sunday from November 18th – December 11th, and Daily from December 16th-31st.
- Mulligan’s Bar is apart of Sawmill Creek, but in a separate building.

- Sip the day or night away at our over-the-top fight before Christmas-themed pop-up bar, that is sure to make the holidays merry and bright and possibly a little fuzzy! Enjoy signature hand-crafted cocktails and beers and wines surrounded by holiday bling. More to come.“.
XMAS Bar Cleveland – Cleveland, Ohio
- XMAS Bar Cle is a new popup bar in the Flats East Bank right above “The Farm”.
- Opening night was November 10th and it’s open 7 days a week!
- In addition to Holiday libations, this pop up bar is also serving up Pizza and Burgers!
- Be sure to also check out the special meet and greet with Santa in coordination with the Flats East Bank on December 4th, Reservations recommended!
- After the Holiday season, the bar is planned to be transformed from the XMAS bar into a sports bar called HI-5, so the space will be sticking around!
Great Lakes Brewing Company – Secret Cellar Christmas Bar – Cleveland, Ohio
- Great Lakes Brewing Company is bringing back their Secret Cellar Christmas bar Starting November 23rd and running until December 31st.
- Currently, no reservations are offered and seats are first come first serve!
- According to their website, the Secret Cellar Christmas Bar will host a “festive Secret Cellar exclusive cocktail menu” in addition to plenty of Christmas Ale!
Around the Corner – The Christmas Corner Bar – Lakewood, Ohio
- I’ll be honest, I am hesitant to head to Around the Corner for this pop up bar now that I am in my 30s.
- This pop up bar has a VIP opening scheduled on November 17th. Tickets are required and can be purchased in advance through Eventbrite.
- According to the Eventbrite page, you do get some extras with the VIP purchase:
- Each ticket includes:
- Entry to the Christmas Corner Bar from 7pm-10pm
- Gift bags which include light up necklaces, santa hats and more!
- Our specialty martinis and Christmas beers are waiting for you!”

The Shipyards – Santa City – Lorain, Ohio
- Santa City at the Shipyards!
- Starts November 25th and runs through December 30th on Friday’s and Saturday’s from 5 PM to 12 AM.
- Second annual Santa City event!
- This year’s theme is Hawaiian!
- 1$ from every Very Merry Mai Tai will be donated to Blessing House in Lorain, which is awesome!
