Cedar Point has debuted its newest haunted attraction for HalloWeekends 2025: Conjuring Beyond Fear. This screamium upcharge ($15-$20) experience is unlike anything the park has ever offered before, and it instantly raises the bar for haunted attractions at Cedar Point. If you’ve ever wanted to step inside the terrifying world of The Conjuring Universe, this is your chance.

What is Conjuring Beyond Fear?

Unlike a traditional haunted house walkthrough, Conjuring Beyond Fear is an immersive, small-group horror experience. Guests enter the haunted house together, whether as a single rider or with a group of friends, and are guided room by room through the Conjuring’s most infamous scares. I previously expected more of an escape room, but the puzzles are definitely time based, so if you don’t figure out the puzzle, the guide WILL help you, which we thought was done very well!

The storyline revolves around Annabelle scattering artifacts throughout the house. Each group must work together to recover them and return the items to the artifact room. What makes this experience unique is how the live “guides” get everyone involved, ensuring no one feels left out.

Iconic Characters From The Conjuring Universe

Fans of The Conjuring movies will love the scares inside this house. You’ll come face-to-face with:

  • The Nun
  • Annabelle
  • The Crooked Man
  • The Ferryman

The costumes, set design, and special effects feel HHN-level quality, making this easily the most detailed and cinematic haunted house Cedar Point has ever hosted.

The Queue Challenge

90 Minute Queue from this point

The biggest downside to Conjuring Beyond Fear is the long wait times. Since groups are pulsed every 5–10 minutes, the line may not look long but can stretch into 2–3 hour waits. There’s no Fast Lane or express option, and while that keeps the experience exclusive, it also means you’ll need to prioritize this house early or late in your night. I don’t really recommend doing this at 9 or 10 pm since you’ll burn out 2 hours of HalloWeekends time waiting in line. Just keep in mind, if you choose late, there is always a small chance of an attraction closing early unexpectedly.

Because of its quality, this haunt completely overshadows the five “legacy” haunted houses at HalloWeekends. While those still cost between $10–$30 for all 5 per park visit, they don’t come close to the intensity or immersion of Conjuring Beyond Fear. Hopefully, Cedar Point will continue to invest in upgrading their haunted houses so they can all reach this higher standard.

Tips for Experiencing Conjuring Beyond Fear

New Seating Area
  • Watch the Conjuring – Prior to experiencing, we recommend watching Conjuring movies like the Original Conjuring, Conjuring 2, the Nun, Annabelle series, etc.
  • Go early or late: The queue starts lining up before it opens at 6PM/8PM (depending on the day) and stayed open until midnight during our visit.
  • Not for kids under 13: The house uses strobe lights, fog, intense scares, and scare actors who may gently touch you.
  • Expect HHN-level frights: This is far scarier and more immersive than traditional Cedar Point haunted houses.
  • New Seating Area: For those who don’t wish to experience the Conjuring, Cedar Point added new (and very Comfortable) seating next to the conjuring.

Final Thoughts – A Must-Do at HalloWeekends 2025

Conjuring Beyond Fear is hands down the scariest and best haunted house Cedar Point has ever built. With its limited capacity, jaw-dropping sets, and faithful recreations of The Conjuring’s most terrifying spirits, this is a must-do for any HalloWeekends visit. Just be prepared for long lines and intense scares. The next door Conjuring bar is recommended for those 21+ to grab a drink before hitting the queue.

Mullins Workshop Bar

If Cedar Point keeps creating attractions like this, HalloWeekends could soon compete directly with Halloween Horror Nights. For now, Conjuring Beyond Fear is the crown jewel of HalloWeekends 2025.
