Cedar Point’s HalloWeekends 2025 is packed with screams, fog, and fun — and the outdoor scare zones have never looked better. Unlike the upcharge haunted houses or Conjuring experience, these four outdoor zones are included with your regular park admission, making them one of the best parts of the event.
In this post (and our latest video!), we rank all four Cedar Point scare zones from worst to best. Here’s how they stack up this season:

#1 – Blood on the Bayou
This returning favorite got an 80s summer camp retheme that feels fresh and creepy in all the right ways. The updated lighting, props, and costumes made it our top pick for 2025.

#2 – Tombstone Terror-tory
A massive improvement this year! Expect more fog, sound effects, scare actors, and energy. It finally feels like a full-on ghost town takeover.

#3 – Cut Throat Cove
Haunted pirates and Maverick flying by make this one a vibe. Great atmosphere and theming as always.

#4 – Clowns: Hall of Infamy
Still fun, but Gemini Midway crowds made it harder to enjoy. The Butchers of Rock show nearby is a definite highlight, though!
Final Thoughts:
Cedar Point continues to improve HalloWeekends every year, and the scare zones this season are absolutely worth checking out. Whether you’re into haunted pirates, ghost towns, or twisted clowns, there’s something for every scare level.
